Are Teenagers Mature Enough To Become Employees?

If you had watched the Doogie Howser tv series before, then you are familiar with this teen
doctor who was a whiz at medicine. But does that actually happen in real life? Well, I read
an article saying that children as young as 10 can be taught computer programming. If
children that age can absorb complicated concepts such as organizational behavior, that does not mean they are mature
enough to be employees. There is more to being an employee than just carrying out technical
functions. Even adults sometimes find it hard being full time employees.
