One of the easiest ways to lose stomach fat is to maintain a healthy and timely meal schedule. Eating at odd hour at night can seriously lead to deposition of excess fat around the stomach. I have faced this problem and believe me, eating right food is as important as eating at the right time. I stopped gaining weight once I checked my meal times.
