Making Presentations: Only Relevant Graphics
In any presentation, you shouldn't have any extra graphics with visual aids. To make it look more professional, don't put more than two graphics on a slide or poster. One graphic is all each individual visual aid piece needs.
Not only should you limit the amount of graphics used in your presentation, but you should also limit the type of graphics. While PowerPoint web presentations, you should use selective pictures.
If you want to use graphics to give it more personality, you always have the option of using the company logo. This is best used in areas of professional meetings or conferences.
