Documentum Document Management
Before we started using an off campus storage house for our computer needs, we had all of our computers and servers in a very small room. On unusually hot days that server room could reach temperatures that would cause problems system wide with our computers. One day all of our computers were taken off line and we had no idea that our work was not being saved. When we closed down for the night all of our work was gone. Luckily we had just implemented a Documentum Document Management system that was able to fully restore our system from a set time the day before. We still did lose a little but nothing as compared to starting all over again.
