Considering Six Sigma Programs
Lately I’ve been wondering a lot about six sigma programs. I keep hearing about other businesses cleaning up their operations with six sigma, and I wonder if we shouldn’t try it.
Six Sigma Green Belt Training looks like the way to go for us, although it will be a tough sell for upper management.
One thing is for sure, six sigma programs has worked wonders for a lot of companies.
