Business Optimization
I had to look up the word because I was getting so confused on subject. Optimization means to get the most out of a situation, experience or product. So when I was trying to get information on Business Optimization one of the goals I set for myself was to work on a Business Process. It seems that all the key buzz words are included in the program that I am using for the writing of the process and not only do I hope to optimize my business but I will do it through an increase in productivity, reduction in costs and hopefully have documented proof of the successful and not so successful processes.
