Dealing With Patent Infringement
So, you are an innovator? And you have also got a patent on a product you invented. That’s nice. But now you have also come across a violator who has been using your technology definition of patent law without your permission. And you want advice. If you know the violator, go to a patent attorney and ask him to send the person a patent infringement warning letter, to begin with. You can also demand damages in the letter.
If he desists and pays up, you can relax but if the doesn’t, let your patent lawyer take him to the court and sort the matter out there.
