Government tax lien certificates
A tax lien auction is a court-ordered auction. Depending upon the state and the nature of sales it can be an auction for tax deed sales or government tax lien certificates. This certificate gives the investor the right to collect total amount owed by the property owner and any penalty interest the property owner must pay for not paying his debt on time.
